TFMoran Supports the Special Olympics New Hampshire Penguin Plunge!

Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast is hosting the 26th Annual Penguin Plunge Sunday, February 9, 2025, at Hampton Beach! Over the past 26 years, the Penguin Plunge participants have been raising hundreds of thousands of dollars to support Special Olympics New Hampshire (SONH) and is something TFMoran is happy to contribute to this incredible cause.

SONH’s mission is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for individuals with intellectual disabilities. These opportunities not only enhance physical fitness, but also help participants develop courage, experience joy, and forge meaningful friendships with fellow athletes, their families, and the broader community.

TFMoran is honored to support Special Olympics New Hampshire and its mission to positively impact lives and strengthen our community!

TFMoran Sponsors City Year New Hampshire’s 25th Anniversary Gala!

City Year New Hampshire is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering students and schools, while also cultivating the next generation of civically engaged leaders who can bridge divides. AmeriCorps members from City Year provide critical support to K-12 students, classrooms, and entire schools. Partnering schools see up to two to three times greater improvement in English and math assessments, and students who engage more with AmeriCorps members show significant growth in their social, emotional, and academic skills—helping them excel in school and become active contributors to their communities.

2025 marks 25th anniversary of the Starry Starry Night Fundraising Gala, a remarkable event that unites community members, business leaders, advocates, and service champions for a memorable evening in support of the vital work City Year’s Student Success Coaches are doing for students and schools across New Hampshire. The evening will feature a silent and live auction, dinner, and an inspiring program that highlights City Year’s transformative impact in the community and beyond.

Ground Breaks and Construction Begins at The Village on Technology Hill

LONDONDERRY, NH – TFMoran is providing structural and civil engineering services to North Branch Construction’s latest project, The Village on Technology Hill. This transformative mixed-use development is designed to support the region’s growing economy while offering a unique living experience. The development will unfold over the next three to five years, with a focus on energy efficiency and modern amenities.

The project will consist of three main zones: industrial, residential, and retail. The industrial area will include a 160,000-square-foot building for Envision Technology, a 60,000-square-foot build-to-suit facility, and additional space for future growth. The residential zone will feature 440 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments across nine buildings, centered around a vibrant village green with amenities like a playground, dog park, and jogging course. The development will also incorporate solar panels to promote sustainability.

A retail hub at the northern entrance will offer a general store, childcare facility, and a bus stop for convenient access to services. A pedestrian-friendly bridge will connect the residential area to the heart of the community, ensuring easy access for all.

Bruce Blazon, General Manager of North Branch Construction, expressed excitement about the project’s potential to provide housing, jobs, and services to Londonderry, supporting local businesses and the community.
