TFMoran kicked off the weekend with a “TGIF” all for Joe Sears, celebrating his 40-Year-Anniversary with the Company. Graduating college in 1976 with a BS in Business Management, Joe came out of school seeking a job at a Navy shipyard. While waiting for that position to begin, Joe took a temporary position at TFMoran. Lucky for us, temporary became permanent. Beginning in 1977 in Manchester, NH, Mr. Sears was amongst the original TFM crew. He has done everything from courier, file indexer, blueprint maker, office manager, receptionist to fix-it-man. Mr. Sears has been a loyal employee ever since. Beginning as a land surveyor / service technician, Joe tried out almost every position in the office, and is currently co-receptionist and manages archives of plans/documents. He also does all filing, mailing, packaging, and copying for the engineers. TFM President, Bob Duval, gave a speech thanking Joe for all he has done and recognizing his positive attributes to the company stating “Joe always makes sure that any plans and important documents get to who and where they’re supposed to, professionally and on time.”
The TGIF Celebration of Joe’s 40 Years concluded with a make your own sundae bar and refreshments. TFM employees enjoyed each other’s company and congratulated Joe on his many dedicated years here at the Company. Also in attendance was Joe’s wife Suzanne. Joe ended the TGIF with a speech on his time here at TFM and thanked all of the people who have made an impact on him. We thank Joe for all he has done, and appreciate all he will do in the future.
