American Red Cross Thanks TFMoran for Financial Contribution

Donation to Provide Typhoon Relief in Philippines

CONCORD, NH, Tuesday, December 3rd, 2013 — Red Cross New Hampshire would like to thank TFMoran, a land planning firm which specializes in civil, structural and traffic engineering, for their financial contribution to American Red Cross’ Typhoon Haiyan Relief Fund. With TFMoran’s donation of over $2,000, the American Red Cross can continue to provide immediate financial assistance to the Philippine Red Cross, which is overseeing relief efforts.

“The employees of TFMoran have shown time and time again that they are willing to pitch in to help out the people in need whether they are in the next town, or half way around the world.”  said Dylan Cruess, COO of TFMoran. “That’s the kind of people we are proud to employ here, compassionate and generous.”

Almost three weeks after Typhoon Haiyan struck the Philippines, relief supplies and humanitarian assistance are arriving more quickly in hard-hit communities as airports, road and ports reopen. The American Red Cross has committed $16 million to the response for Typhoon Haiyan and is being used to purchase and distribute relief items such as food, blankets, hygiene kits, mosquito nets and to provide cash grants for use when markets begin functioning normally.
