Abingdon Square

TFMoran provided the site design, permitting, land surveying, and landscape architecture for this mixed-use development. The master plan for the development calls for a combination of retail, residential, and office uses. To date, a Rite Aid Pharmacy, a park and 25 workforce housing units have been completed. The park fronts on Mast Road and is approximately 30,000sf in area. It is a passive, classically designed private park that is publicly accessed and consists of meandering sidewalks, benches, landscaping, and lighting. The park received a 2012 Building New Hampshire Award for “Site/Landscaping.”
