TFMoran provided civil engineering, traffic engineering, landscape architecture, and permitting services for this new 6,815 sf retail auto parts store on NH Route 101A/Amherst Street. AutoZone Inc. will be a stand-alone retail store and a complete redevelopment of the parcel on the site of a former Pizza Hut restaurant. A new Stormtech® stormwater treatment and retention system is planned along with 30 parking spaces.
