Chunky’s Cinema Pub & Retail Development

TFMoran provided survey, civil/site engineering, structural engineering, permitting and landscape architecture services for the redevelopment of the former Lowe’s on the corner of South Willow Street and Huse Road. Part of the existing building (48,900 sf) was converted to a 10 screen, 1,248 seat movie theater, Chunky’s Cinema Pub, that offers a pub-style menu. The remaining 53,000 sf will be for retail use that will tie in architecturally with Chunky’s. Chunky’s is the first movie theater in Manchester since 2008. A 6,000 sf stand alone restaurant is also planned for the redeveloped complex.
