TFMoran Structural Engineers are part of the team with Warrenstreet Architects, and Turnstone Corporation providing design for this 25,000 sf new automotive dealership for Contemporary Automotive. Located on Hammond Road, this new facility has great visibility and accessibility from NH Route 101 and Route 13. The new facility will take advantage of solar energy, with state of the art solar panels rooftop. In comparison to their current dealership, Contemporary Chrysler on Elm Street, the new modern facility will allow the dealership to increase inventory, offer more services, and better accommodate the needs of their clients, offering Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and Fiat.
