TFMoran provided civil/site and structural engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, permitting, and construction administration services for a new car wash on Mast Road in Goffstown. EZ Express Car Wash is an independent and locally owned business that brings a new environmentally friendly car washing experience to the Goffstown area. Located at 5 Sparkle Court, the approximately 4,000 sf drive-thru facility includes office and storage space, self-serve wash bays and vacuum bays in addition to their 105’ long auto wash tunnel. TFMoran worked closely with Bruce Ronayne Hamilton Architects and general contractor Stephens-Marquis Associates. The facility opened in the Fall of 2022.
