Falling Water Office Park

TFMoran provided structural design for this new three-story 36,000sf Class A office building. The office complex is  located near the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport on Kitty Hawk Landing. Highland Forwarding, a fast growing  importing and exporting company, is the first to occupy the space. Plans for additional buildings in the park will be completed in phases. Plans also included integrating a pond with a waterfall and walking trails on the site’s 15 acres. The project architect was Dennis Mires, PA The Architects of Manchester, NH.
