TFMoran Structural Engineers provided structural design for a five-story, with basement, multi-family residential building. The building includes five above-grade residential levels and one below-grade parking levels with a total building size of approximately 154,00 sf. The building was constructed of concrete and steel framed lower levels and wood framed upper levels. TFMoran worked closely with the architect and construction company on this design build project.
