TFMoran provided civil/site engineering, land surveying, stormwater monitoring, and environmental permitting services for the Granite Woods Commerce Center adjacent to exit 11 on Interstate 93 in Hooksett, NH. After over a year and a half to secure permits, the project broke ground in the Fall of 2022. This state-of-the-art 500,000sf Class A warehouse required TFMoran to solve immensely complicated permitting and infrastructure challenges. As a result of this project, essential municipal water and sewer services are being extended, over 400 acres of permanent conservation land was secured, and much-needed industrial space will be delivered to the Southern NH market.
Granite Woods Commerce Center will provide 500,000 sq ft of Class-A Industrial Warehouse located on 45 acres. The building measures 2,000 x 250 ft, 36′ clear heights and 54′ by 54′ column spacing allows space for 2 drive-in doors, 53 dock positions, 67 high-bay loading docks and a 60′ by 54′ speed bay. The exterior will offer 403 parking spaces, 86 trailer spaces, and a 130′ truck court depth.
TFMoran worked closely with developer Port One Companies and general contractor Continental Paving.
The project is anticipated to be completed in the spring of 2024.
