TFMoran provided civil and site engineering, permitting, land surveying, and landscape architectural services for a new mixed-use development on the corner of NH Route 101 and Old Bedford Road in Bedford, NH. The development consists of a variety of complementary commercial and retail uses in a pedestrian-friendly environment. A central common is located in the middle of the development with walking paths connecting to each building.
