Hilton Garden Inn – Downtown Portsmouth

The MSC division of TFMoran provided survey, civil/site engineering and permitting for a
5-story, 86,000sf hotel located at the corner of Hanover and High Street in historic downtown Portsmouth. The hotel contains 131 rooms, space for business meetings and social events and an executive boardroom. The design included pedestrian access on all sides, some
on-site parking and loading, and streetscape for adjacent Hanover and High Streets.
