TFMoran provided structural engineering services for the new construction of NH Eye Associates located in Manchester. The project consisted of a 4000sf single-story addition and renovations to the interior and exterior of the existing building.
The existing building, formerly a Subaru dealership, was given new life, providing space for administrative offices, exam rooms, and retail. A porte cochere was added to the existing building’s facade, providing covered entry.
The project team included Market Square Architects and Eckman Construction.
