TFMoran provided structural design and construction administration services for this new building project alongside TMS Architects and Two International Group, both out of Portsmouth, NH. The new 2-story office building is approximately 28,000sf in area and steel framed with a composite steel slab and steel moment frames. The building is located in the Pease International Tradeport at 19 Rye Street in Portsmouth, NH, and once completed, will house the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services.
