TFMoran is working with Green and Company Building and Development Corp. providing survey, civil/site design, permitting, planning and landscape architecture services for a 56-unit single-family neighborhood on a 110-acre parcel on the westerly side of Peverly Hill Road in Portsmouth, NH.
With the collaboration of planners at the Portsmouth Planning Department, the project is able to preserve 83% of the site’s vegetation. One of the unique features of this new neighborhood is the benefits it brings to the homeowners and the public. Amenities include 1 park for the homeowners, an additional park for both homeowners and public, a pedestrian/bike path from the park to the Boston and Maine rail trail with benches, and a multi-use path from the neighborhood to Middle Road. Additionally, the project will donate a 77-acre Conservation Easement to the City. This easement will adjoin other land already in conservation providing the homeowners and public opportunities to enjoy the natural features of this area.
The project team includes Art Form Architecture, Inc. of North Hampton, NH, site contractor Severino of Candia, NH, attorney’s John Kuzinevitch of Duxbury, MA and John Bosen of Portsmouth, NH, traffic consultant Stephen Pernaw of Concord, NH, and project consultant Gregg Mikolaites of Rye, NH.
Construction is anticipated to start in the spring of 2022.
