TFMoran provided survey, civil/site engineering, permitting and landscape architecture services for SMC Management Corporation. Located next to the Fisher Cats baseball stadium, the 150 market rate apartments are in three, 4-story wood-framed buildings, with one floor of covered parking. A landscape design was created to incorporate tiered retaining walls and a courtyard with views of the Merrimack River overlooking the City of Manchester’s Riverwalk. The project architect is David M. White Architects and the general contractor is Pilot Construction, Inc of Portsmouth, NH.
