TFMoran is working with Lavallee Brensinger Architects to provide comprehensive civil/site engineering, traffic engineering, land surveying, landscape architecture, and permitting services for Saint Anselm College’s new Grappone Hall.
This 44,000-square-foot nursing and health sciences building will feature cutting-edge facilities, including a 150-seat auditorium, a public health community space, and an 11,000-square-foot simulation lab center. The building will also offer dedicated collaborative learning environments for kinesiology, anatomy, and physiology, along with expansive community spaces across two floors.
Construction officially began with a groundbreaking ceremony in the Fall of 2023 and is on track to be complete in Summer 2025.
