This new 50-room luxury boutique hotel, The Grand, is celebrating their Grand Opening this summer. The 3-story, 49,000sf hotel is part of the Bedford Village Inn resort complex located near the Inn on Olde Bedford Way. TFMoran provided site/civil and structural engineering, permitting, survey, landscape architectural design and construction support. The project architect was John S. Jordan Design, PLLC of Canterbury, NH and the general contractor was Mark Carrier Construction, Inc. of Manchester, NH.
