TFMoran is providing professional services for an age-restricted housing development located on Olde Bedford Way, next to The Grand at Bedford Village Inn. The project, located on a 7.5-acre site with a gated entrance and private drive ‘Grand Avenue‘, leading to 9 single-family residential homes. The homes will range from 2,500-3,500 sf, with up to three-car garages, designed by an exclusive project architect, David Small Designs, in a luxurious, modern European style. The landscape design consists of native plants and colorful perennials that complement the surrounding woodlands, incorporating century-old rock walls and granite outcroppings as well.
TFMoran is providing civil/site and traffic engineering, land surveying, permitting, and landscape architecture services for the project, working closely with the owner Jack Carnevale of the Bedford Village Inn.
