TFMoran provided site design, structural engineering, permitting, land surveying, and landscape architecture for this new two-story, 20,500 sf office building which now houses a Government Services Agency. TFMoran Landscape Architects designed a drought-resistant landscape plan. The energy efficient facility located on Ridgewood Road is a Silver LEED.
