The MSC division of TFMoran provided survey, civil/site engineering, and permitting to create a residential subdivision for the Wentworth by the Sea Country Club and upgrade the existing golf course. The project included the design of a twenty-six lot subdivision with three roadways and improvements to the existing golf course. The improvements included expanding the existing clubhouse, adding additional golf holes, new tennis court facilities, a swimming pool, expanding the golf cart storage building, relocating and upgrading the maintenance facility, revising the parking area, and redesigning the cart paths.
