TFMoran Celebrates at Breakfast with the Best!

TFMoran Principals Dylan Cruess, COO; Nicholas Golon, PE, Civil Department Manager; Paul Sbacchi, PE Chief Structural Engineer; and Christopher Rice, Sr. Project Manager, recently attended Business New Hampshire Magazine’s annual Breakfast with the Best , at the DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown, where TFMoran was honored as a “Best Company to Work For.”

The event celebrated the 2024 winners with a networking breakfast, a “Hall of Fame Winners” Q&A panel, and an engaging CultureFest 2024. This innovative session allowed attendees to learn directly from award-winning companies through rotating discussions on workforce culture. Additionally, TFMoran’s Nicholas Golon had the honor of presenting a Best Company award during the ceremony.

The TFMoran team is honored to be one of the BEST companies to work for in New Hampshire. A heartfelt thank you to Business NH Magazine for this incredible recognition, and congratulations to all the other honorees.

TFMoran Celebrates Recognition of Best Company to Work For 2024!

TFMoran is excited and honored to announce that we have been recognized as one of the “Best Company to Work For” by Business New Hampshire Magazine for 2024!

This recognition is awarded to companies that excel in redefining workplace culture through innovative remote and hybrid work models while also valuing in-person employee connections. A panel of HR professionals evaluates the nominees based on their benefits, policies, programs, and overall employee engagement.

In the September 2024 issue of Business NH Magazine, TFMoran is featured in an article that highlights our unique culture and explains why we earned this distinction.

To celebrate the 2024 winners, Business NH Magazine will host “Breakfast with The Best ” on September 26th. The event will include a panel with Hall of Fame companies, as well as “CultureFest: 2024”, where participants will dig into workplace topics in multiple eight-minute workshops with executives from the winning companies and Hall of Fame companies.

TFMoran Enjoys a Night at the BOB Awards

This year’s theme was “Carribean”, encouraging guests to wear their best vacation attire! TFM sponsored the photobooth at the event – attendees enjoyed stopping by to strike a pose!

TFMoran was honored to receive our TWELFTH straight BOB Award as “Best Engineering Firm” in New Hampshire Business Review’s reader’s survey.

A portion of the proceeds from the event benefited Make-A-Wish New Hampshire, a local nonprofit organization that grants “wishes” to children with critical illness.

TFMoran is honored to be voted as 2023 Best of Business in the Engineering category by New Hampshire Business Review readers. 2023 marks the TWELFTH consecutive year TFMoran has received this award!

The BOB Awards honors the “Best Of Business” in New Hampshire in over 50 business-to-business categories. According to NHBR’s website, more than 3,000 people cast their votes in the BOB Awards survey, recognizing over 500 businesses across New Hampshire. A Big THANK YOU to all who voted for us!

NH Business Review will hold a Caribbean-themed awards celebration on Thursday, March 14th, at the Grappone Conference Center in Concord. TFM Goes Hollywood For a Night at the BOB Awards!

Members of the TFM staff turned out at the NHBR Best of Business (BOB) Awards Celebration on Thursday, March 9th at the Grappone Conference Center in Concord. This year’s theme was “Hollywood”, encouraging guests to wear a costume from their favorite movie or dress to the nines and walk the red carpet! TFM sponsored the Photobooth at the event – attendees enjoyed stopping by to strike a pose!

TFMoran was honored to receive our ELEVENTH straight BOB Award as “Best Engineering Firm” in New Hampshire Business Review’s reader’s survey.

TFMoran is Proud to be on Two 2022 ABC NH/VT Excellence Award-Winning Teams!

TFMoran is proud to be on two Associated Builders and Contractors of New Hampshire and Vermont (ABC NH/VT) Excellence Award-Winning project teams!

Congratulations to Eckman Construction for receiving an Excellence Award in the Historical Renovation over $10 Million category for the Factory on Willow! TFMoran worked with Market Square Architects and Eckman Construction in providing structural renovation services to convert this 4-story, 110,000 SF former Cohas Shoe Factory mill building into a mixed-use live-work community space for professionals, innovators, and entrepreneurs. The historic 1904 mill features beautiful brick walls, exposed timber beams, wood floors, and large high windows. The Factory on Willow has 61 studio apartments, 16 hotel / short-term rental units, and approximately 10,000 SF of commercial/retail office space.

Congratulations to Sullivan Construction for receiving an Excellence Award in the Commercial Project category for the Members First Credit Union headquarters! TFMoran worked with DeStefano | Maugel Architects and Sullivan Construction in providing surveying, civil/site design, structural engineering, permitting, traffic analysis, landscape architecture and construction administration services for this new 3-story, 18,000sf Members First Credit Union headquarters building. Located at the corner of Salmon and Elm Streets near the Amoskeag Bridge. The site encompasses three vacant lots and includes 2 parking areas and a two-lane attached drive-thru. The new building features a brick façade with high architectural details, making it a good fit for the Manchester North End neighborhood.

The EiC awards honor every member of the construction team, including the contractor, owner, architect, and engineer. The winning projects selected from entries across NH and VT are judged on complexity, attractiveness, unique challenges overcome, completion time, workmanship, innovation, safety, and cost.

The Excellence in Construction (EiC) Award gala was held on November 3, 2022.

TFMoran Sponsors Manchester Historic Association’s 30th Annual Historic Preservation Awards

The Manchester Historic Association held its 30th annual Historic Preservation Awards on September 8th at Manchester Community College.

The Historic Preservation Awards program recognizes and supports the efforts of individuals, businesses, and organizations who have made significant contributions to the preservation of buildings, neighborhoods, traditions and other historic resources in Queen City. The annual event raises money to support the Manchester Historic Association’s mission of collecting, preserving, and sharing the history of Manchester.

A recent TFMoran Structural project, The Factory on Willow was recognized among other projects in an assortment of award categories.

This year’s theme was “Masquerade”, encouraging guests to dress in their semi-formal attire and a masquerade style mask. TFM sponsored the Photobooth at the event – attendees enjoyed stopping by to strike a pose!

TFMoran was honored to receive our TENTH straight BOB Award as “Best Engineering Firm” in New Hampshire Business Review’s BOB Awards reader’s survey. “It is a great honor that we have now won for the past ten years in a row!” said Robert Duval, president of TFMoran. “I believe this remarkable degree of community recognition is a reflection of our core values: focusing on client service and delivering the right engineering solution for every project.”
