The Market & Main Lifestyle Center is transforming the landscape of Bedford, NH, and as the project approaches its final stages, excitement is building. Sullivan Construction recently invited us to join in the celebration as the last beam was lowered into place, marking a significant milestone in this ambitious development.
Ken Beers, the Superintendent at Sullivan Construction, informed the audience about recent additions to a 725 lb. beam: an American flag and a Fir tree. He explained that the Fir tree, rooted in ancient Nordic tradition, symbolizes an accident-free construction site and brings life to a project upon completion. Beers emphasized the importance of safety, proudly noting that their project received a 100% score in last week’s safety inspection.
