The MSC division of TFMoran provided survey, civil/site engineering and permitting for two 20,000sf medical office buildings at 1900 Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, NH. The two-phased site plan included Atlantic Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine which occupies one building along with an MRI coach and future MRI addition. A large focus of the project was related to the connection of a service road located within the Lafayette West Industrial Park that provides additional access to West Road and nearby businesses.
