TFMoran is excited to celebrate another year as one of New Hampshire’s Best Companies to Work For! Business NH Magazine has recognized TFMoran as the No. 15 Best Company to Work For in New Hampshire for 2026, recognizing the company alongside 21 other organizations across the state.

This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the experiences and engagement of the people who make up TFMoran. The Best Companies to Work For program considers employee engagement, workplace culture, benefits, and company practices as part of its evaluation.

Celebrating at Breakfast with the Best

On September 22, members of the TFMoran team attended Business NH Magazine’s annual Breakfast with the Best at the DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown, joining fellow 2026 honorees to celebrate the year’s recognized companies.

Representing TFMoran at the event were President and Chief Engineer Nick Golon; COO Dylan Cruess; Division Manager Corey Colwell; Senior Project Manager Chris Rice; Senior Structural Engineer Tom Lamb; and Marketing Coordinator Nicole Arsenault.

The event brought together this year’s Best Companies to Work For for a morning of networking, recognition, and conversation about workplace culture. For TFMoran, it was a great opportunity to celebrate this achievement alongside other organizations throughout New Hampshire.

Celebrating with Our Team

The celebration continued back at TFMoran on Thursday, September 24, when both our Bedford and Portsmouth offices came together to recognize the people who made this achievement possible.

Employees at both offices were treated to a catered breakfast as a thank-you for their hard work, dedication, and participation in the employee engagement survey that helped TFMoran earn this recognition.

Our Bedford office enjoyed a breakfast from The Common Man Roadside, while our Portsmouth team celebrated with breakfast from The Works Café. Both offices had the chance to gather, enjoy some good food, and celebrate this accomplishment together.

Being named one of New Hampshire’s Best Companies to Work For is more than an award—it is a reflection of the people and culture that make TFMoran a great place to work. We are grateful to our entire team for their continued commitment to one another, our clients, and the communities we serve.
