TFMoran Celebrates Progress at Apartments at Pearl & Orange

TFMoran joined NeighborWorks Southern NH, other project partners, and community leaders to celebrate the continued progress of the Apartments at Pearl & Orange development in Manchester, NH!

Representing TFMoran at the event were Chief Operating Officer Dylan Cruess and Marketing Coordinator Nicole Arsenault, who attended on behalf of the firm.

TFMoran is proud to be part of the project team, with members of the firm’s Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, and Structural Engineering teams contributing their expertise to this significant development.

Located on the former Pearl Street parking lot, the approximately $70 million project will transform the three-acre site into a vibrant mixed residential development featuring 126 new one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, 12 townhomes, and a 455-space parking garage. The project will help address the growing need for affordable housing in Manchester while continuing to provide valuable parking capacity in the downtown area.

The gathering brought together partners involved in making the project a reality, including representatives from NeighborWorks Southern New Hampshire, along with Senator Jeanne Shaheen, Congressman Chris Pappas, Manchester Mayor Jay Ruais, and other community supporters.

The Apartments at Pearl & Orange project demonstrates the impact that collaboration between the public sector, nonprofit organizations, and private industry can have on meeting important community needs. TFMoran is honored to contribute to a development that will provide much-needed housing opportunities while helping transform a prominent site in downtown Manchester.

TFMoran looks forward to continuing its work alongside the project team as construction progresses and this exciting development takes shape.
