2026 NH CIBOR Relator & Affiliate of the Year BBQ

Yesterday evening, on Thursday, June 25, TFMoran proudly hosted the New Hampshire Commercial Investment Board of REALTORS® (NH CIBOR) Annual Barbecue at our Bedford office. The event welcomed approximately 170 NH CIBOR members and TFMoran staff for an evening of great food, networking, and celebration!

Guests enjoyed a delicious barbecue  of Greek salad, potato salad, chicken and streak kabobs, grilled veggies, and corn muffins,
prepared by Tidewater Catering, followed by ice cream from The Inside Scoop. A tradition spanning nearly two decades, the annual barbecue reflects TFMoran’s longstanding partnership with NH CIBOR and our continued commitment to supporting New Hampshire’s commercial real estate community.

A highlight of the evening was the annual awards presentation led by NH CIBOR President Brian Dano, CCIM. Congratulations to Connor Morisseau, named REALTOR® of the Year, and Frank Urro, recipient of the Affiliate of the Year Award. The evening concluded a raffle prize beach bundle perfectly matching our coastal theme of the night along with cake as attendees celebrated this year’s outstanding honorees!

TFMoran was proud to host the New Hampshire Commercial Investment Board of REALTORS® (NH CIBOR) Annual Barbecue on Thursday, June 19th at our Bedford office. The event brought together approximately 150 NH CIBOR members and TFMoran staff for an enjoyable evening of great food, networking, and celebration.

Guests were treated to a delicious BBQ spread catered by Tidewater Catering, along with refreshing ice cream from The Inside Scoop. This annual tradition, which TFMoran has proudly hosted for over 18 years, reflects our ongoing partnership with NH CIBOR and our shared commitment to New Hampshire’s commercial real estate community.

A highlight of the evening was the awards presentation by NH CIBOR President Kathy DeMello. Congratulations to Ethan Ash, honored as REALTOR® of the Year, and to TFMoran’s own Chief Operating Officer, Dylan Cruess, who received the Affiliate of the Year award. The celebration concluded with cake to recognize the achievements of this year’s distinguished awardees.

TFMoran Hosts 2022 NHCIBOR Awards BBQ

TFMoran hosted the New Hampshire Commercial Investment Board of REALTORS® barbecue on Thursday, June 9th at the Bedford office. After a rainy morning and an afternoon shower, the weather cooperated and was ideal for an outdoor event. Over one hundred CIBOR members and TFMoran staff enjoyed the cookout, which featured a buffet provided by Tidewater Catering, and ice cream by The Inside Scoop. TFMoran has been hosting the annual NH CIBOR cookout for over 16 years! It was great to get back to business after a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic. TFMoran is proud to partner with CIBOR each year for such a great event.

Dylan Cruess, TFM’s COO, started out the presentation by welcoming the members and thanking the TFM staff for their efforts in making the barbecue a success. NH CIBOR president Scott Forte presented Joe Friedman of Skyline Realty, LLC with the REALTOR-of-the-Year award, and Jeremy Forest of Bridges Bros Movers with the Affiliate-of-the Year award. Additional raffle items were also presented.
