The Village on Technology Hill in Londonderry, New Hampshire, is continuing to take shape, with the first residents recently moving into the development’s apartment buildings. The progress was recently highlighted in a recent article by Manchester Ink Link.
TFMoran has been involved with the project, providing civil and structural engineering, site permitting, and construction administration services for the 110-acre planned unit development.
The project is designed as a vibrant mixed-use community featuring 440 apartments across nine residential buildings, along with industrial, retail, and community spaces. Residential amenities include a village green, playground, dog park, walking and jogging paths, and outdoor recreation areas.
The development presented a number of engineering challenges, including significant changes in elevation and varied site conditions. TFMoran worked with the project team to provide engineering solutions supporting the development of the residential, industrial, and retail areas.
With residents now moving into the first buildings, The Village on Technology Hill is beginning to become the mixed-use community that was envisioned, and TFMoran is proud to have played a role in bringing the project to life!
